How Many Quarts/Liters of Oil in Model F Engine

Could some tell me how much oil and the weight of oil to use in the Model F engine ? thanks

I think around 10.2 litres.
It was a fair amount that came out.

Not sure on weight. A heavy oil is recommended.

10 litres sounds a little on the low side. 15 is closer to what I remember. I buy oil by the 20 litre pail, and it takes nearly a whole pail.

As far as grade goes, I run straight 30 weight. Our splash-lubed tractors do not get used in the winter (temps below 0C/32F). The peak temps that we see are low 30's Celcius.

Manual says 2 1/4 gallons so I only went by that. Mine is yet to receive any oil but at least 10 litres came out.

To be honest I would use the pet cocks to level the oil when I come to doing it.
