Fordson F Steering wheel rim size.

I came across a Bakelite steering wheel rim recently and think it may be off of a Fordson Model F. If one of you with a Model F could be kind enough to measure the wheel and give me dimensions I will see if that it what I think it is. I use to have some model F's but have gotten rid of all of them and don't have any in the neighborhood to measure. This rim is 17 inch's outside diameter and had 4 spokes where it screwed in.
