Hi. Struggling to find an air filter for the oil bath Fordson Major original system. Anyone got a good source? Thanks.

I’ve had good luck with hard to find parts with Richard Pocock in the past.

Looking for the E27N or E1A major? The latter should be available new as well.

It's readily available, but only for Mk2 engines You have a Mk1, so you'll need to find a second hand one, as the breather pipe on the Mk2 shouldn't be there. If you get a Mk2 you'll need to seal the breather pipe to avoid taking in dusty air without going through the pre-cleaner.

Block number 1309900. So mk1. That’s why having trouble finding one then.

This is different to what I removed and might fit, there doesn't seem to be a breather hole....
