thread size?

Post by rich2a »

Hi all, does anyone know what size (dia plus thread) the 4 tapped holes in the top of the axle trumpets (next to mudguards) are ? I assume that these , along with mudguard bolts, are what fixes a safety frame to my FPM? Anyone have a folding frame they want to sell? thanks, rich.

Those holes are not for a safety frame, they would not be strong enough.

Safety frames usually have bolts and plates that go round the axle and clamp on to it.
