took cylinder head off my major and is leaking where the water hole is under ther thermostat and where ist sits onto the block its corroided and is causing it to leak into cylinder 1 is the cylinder head meant to have like a copper pipe tube where the hole is for the thermostat water way ??? and how can I repair the corroried edge on the block where water is getting in I was thinking chemical metal and build it back up ...

Yes there is supposed to be a tube in the head. I think it is actually brass

I am guessing you have a head gasket problem, somewhere on no 1 cylinder or possibly a crack in the head.
I would be thinking the seal round the gasket to the top of the cylinder sleeve, would seal the waterway to sleeve top. This should then keep water out, If it lets water in the cylinder it will let compression out if it's the gasket
.
ive seen some heads and blocks corroded there. But never had one leak like you say. it's always been a heat warped head/ not had a cracked one but it does happen. Or the the heads not tight, A good one for that is junk in the holes, the bolt torques down but it bottomed tight on the junk and the heads a fraction loose.
when you took the head off did some bolts seem tight and others noticeably slacker. Did any have burned exhaust carbon on the bolts when they came out
. This can be a tell tale sign also as escaping exhaust fumes can come up the bolt holes and gather in the hole and on the bolts .

Mine seems to be leaking where it joins to the head on water way was thinking put copper pipe and make longer act as a dowl to mmake water channel through soo it dont leak into gasket.. and some of the head bolts where slack towards fuel tank side

If it was mine with some studs being loose. I would be either getting a straight edge and a set of feeler gauges. Then checking to see if the heads warped, or if you don't have this or the knowledge to do it, take it to an engine re builder/ Machine shop and get them to check it out .
Personally I think that could be more of your problem than the pipe at the front and the corrosion.
I could be wrong have been before the odd time, Internet diagnosis is not an exact science . but as said before never seen one do this with corrosion there, so would be a first in many major motors I've worked on.
Does your gasket look black and burned round the out side of the sleeve flame rings or any other areas. or can you see any kind of tracking, ( grooves etched in the gasket by hot exhaust gas leaking from the cylinder) from the flame ring to any of the water way ports, like the front one you talk of. Black burned parts can be seen pretty easy on copper gaskets.
If possible post some pictures and we can actually see what you are looking at. This will possibly make helping you a bit easier to
