Conrod nuts

Post by woodcutter »

Hi all I'm giving a power major a rebuild just wondered if you can reuse the conrod nuts, I can't see any available if I can't, also has anyone got the torque wrench settings for said nuts. Cheers all

I have re-used them with no problems, they are not like a "Nylox" nut. You could give them a drop of Loctite to make sure. 55 to 60 lbs/ft.
