Paint pricing

Been looking for a litre tin of Orange for the wheels and probably a spare tin of Blue through several ebay sellers I've found several will supply the Blue free delivery whereas the orange (either Fordson or Howard) at a similar price per tin clogs a £6 delivery charge - any idea why ? particularly when the ratio of blue in either shade used against orange or other wheel colour must be what, 4:1 ??

Does Agriline supply some good paint? I'm mainly looking for the grey 1964 paint to do my wings and wheels
