Good Evening All
Hope you are well.
Can you take the Rad out of a Major with the nose cone still fitted.
Having problems undoing the cone and its in good condition, and do not really want to chop it to get it off.
Thanks in advance.

Not sure about access to fixings but you would need the fan and waterpump out as a bare minimum for space, possibly the dynamo as well.
Best regards

Re: taking rad out with nose cone on
Hi Oehrick
Thanks for the reply.
Its just the normal bolts in the tombstone that wont budge.
Nose cone is in a fair condition, in which it could be repaired in place.
So i did not really want to cut it off and start messing if i did not have to.
I was thinking on the same lines as you.
Might try it over winter and if it does not work i cut the cone of.
Anyone going to Newark Show?
Thanks
