The gear shift pattern is not English. Where was this tractor made?

The gear shift pattern is the same as mine, but the wording of "L" and "H" is different. Seems to be a foreign language?

Hi,
The gear shift pattern text is strange.
But, the bonnet decal is not in line with the dash just below the steering wheel. So there is something more doubtfull here.
It is the old style lift arrangement fitted, so it is not a Ebro part fitted to this tractor.
This really makes me curious.
Best regards,
Emiel.

Hi All,
It has drum brakes fitted, so it is not an Ebro Super 55. However, there was more than one model Ebro and I believe this is a Ebro based on the 42 horse power New Major.

Here is another odd one. Is this normal to have discbrakes and old model hydraulics?

Best regards

Grani,
Strange thing.
I thought the hydraulics from the new and power did not fit in and on the super model.

All you need to get the lift to fit is an adaptor on the pump to bring the stack pipe up to the middle of the lift. Fords used to make one of these for when you fitted a new Super pump in a Major, after they stoped making the Major pump. Or you could just use a Major pump.
You cannot put a Super lift on a Major back end because the hydraulic feed goes through the axle casting on the right side and you have a pressure and return pipe.
