5 hours, from parking tractor to driving off again..???
Certainly have had much practice over the years but this was my fastest yet!!!!!!!

That is of course your peronal record. Here is a clip from wiki, one of the interesting Brian storys.
On the Ford and Fordson range we had it down to a fine art, we could fit a Major clutch in around an hour if conditions were right and things went well.
However 5 hours is not bad at all. I think it woud take me 5 weeks on my Roadless with all the modifications is has.

i am thinking i am going to have to chage my clutch.
it is very high on pedal with no more adjustment left, i cannot get pto to engage either.
when i built tractor pressure plates looked ok, can i just wind out the bolts on all 6 fingers or will this make no difference.
if i do need new plates how hard is it to re build the clutch assembly.
thanks Brett.
