Hi,

How would the plough light have been wired in on a super major and what type of switch would have been used?

Also does anyone know if there is a correct position for it or if it was an after fitment?

Plough lights were usually add ons. Most had their own switch built into the light. They can be wired into the sidelight circuit but were usually fitted to a two pin rubber plug at the rear.
