As stated, my pto seal is leaking i think. When the pto is engaged is gradually weeps oil from around the shaft, it does leak slightly when its not used aswell. Is it just as simple as undoing the bolts around it and out it comes?
Also, the outside of the half shafts where the rear wheels bolt on are leaking slightly. How do you replace these seals? Ive seen them on agrilines site.
AND i need two new rear tyres for the old girl, they are standard sized wheels, what size do i tell whoever i buy tyres off of? And what site or company is best?

The rear pto seal is quite easy to replace.
Engage pto, drain rear trans oil (40 litres), unbolt pto shaft housing, and pull shaft from transmission.
You then need to remove the pto gear, then remove the housing from the shaft to be able to then replace seal in housing.
If you are leaking oil when pto not in use, you may have a warn pto shaft as well. You could get the shaft built up and machined, or you could use a "speedie sleeve". A thin sleeve that you press onto the shaft, to give a new surface for the seal to run on. I have done this to my pto with great results.
Do a search on here for speedie sleeves as I'm sure it's been discussed before.
Also search for rear axle seal as they have also been discussed and documented somewhere.
As for the tyres, just get the tyre size off the tyres that are on the tractor now. Prices will vary, so probably just need to get a few prices. I would be replacing the tubes also. You may want to get prices for the tyre, tube and fitting to the rims.
