It's not too hard. The hardest part is seating the 2x valves into the housings. I made up a "type of punch thingy" to squarely drive them in. Made it out of 3/4 copper tube, for memory.
Bareco have the kits, Sparex and Agriline probably will also.

BarryT,
It is an easy job. Done it many times now.
Loosen the two air lines one by one.
Remove the four bolts. The lower one on the back is the hardest. Not much space. So that must be the first and the high one at the front the last one.
Hook the guide from the fuel rod.
Remove the ring spring out of the seating. Watch out!!!!! The spring in the vacuum case will push out everything when you remove the ring spring. Keep one hand over it to catch it en remove it from the case. Look carefully how everything is connected en loosen the nut and guide. Than you can renew the diaphragm.
Check and clean everything.
Replace everything and press the assembly in the case. Hold it in place and put the ring spring in place. Than put it back on the pump
Also its a good time to check and clean the filter on top of the pump just behind the vacuum.

It's not too hard, Barry. Four screws and two pipes will get the housing off. You have to lift it up, just a little, to get the "button" on the gov. out of the yoke on the fuel control rod. There's also a snap-ring that holds the diaphragm in the housing. Be careful of the gov. spring behind the diaphragm. I haven't had any problems with the damping valves in any of mine, but it's a common problem. I hope yours is OK.

That's weird. When I typed my reply, Kev's was the only other reply there. Yours wasn't there Henk, even though you posted almost 7 hours before I did. That's why I wrote almost exactly the same thing that you did, in case you were wondering.
