Hello all,
can anyone tell me the setting for the valve face above the cylinder head face, I have the seat specifications but I also need to ensure the valve to piston clearance is right to make sure there is not clearance issues.

Hope someone can help?

No specified distance in the workshop manual and repair data. Overhauled hundreds of those engines and cannot remember it ever being a problem. Even with the thin metal gasket used for a while on Power Majors.
