It's a Mconnell, with 2 ports, the flap controls whether it raises the lift arms or just the auxilliary - I have (a borrowed) one on my Major, but with 3 ports - 1 auxilliary and 2 linked to the lift arms, which makes it even rarer!

I posted one of these up a few years back in respone to a query about getting constant flow from a diesel/power major. http://www.fordsontractorpages.nl/phpbb ... p?f=2&t=84
One sold on ebay recently for a lot less, just shows how prices are so variable on there.
The great thing about this valve is that the rear lift arms are not affected by it whether you have the flow running or not. We use one on a major with a power loader, the output runs through a seperate 3 spool valve block and returns into the rear axle through the filler plug. Quite a handy bit of kit which was probably developed for hedge cutters etc.
