Hello,

Last year I installed a tachometer on my major. I found out it was broken. Because the cable pushes the magnet above it came against the house were the needle was fitted on. So the needle stood still. When it work it gave 800 rmp at the lowest. I know my major is running high. So I think that was right. I try to repair the meter but I failed. Now it gives 600 rpm when it should give 950 rmp according to my screwdriver. I bought another one last week. I installed it and it gives 1000 rpm as the lowest. The highest rmp is out of range.
Is there any way to adjust these meters?

To adjust the needle you have to adjust the little peace that’s like bridge across the needle house. It will adjust the small spring that holds the needle back.
