Hi all, took a 10ft cultivator out at the weekend behind my major, one thing i noticed was the lift, lifts it too quickly. Is there a way of slowing the hydraulics down?

Nick, are we talking new major or super?
If it's a new major, than you can adjust the speed by moving the lever slowly in the up direction. The further you get it up the faster it will rize. Also a high pto speed (revs) will make ik go faster.
If it's a super, sorry cant' help you.

Hi henk, yes i know about moving it slower, but it still moves too quickly. Probably doesnt help that i had a cultivator with a broken land wheel, so i had to keep adjusting it!
I just wondered if you could turn the flow directly from the pump down a bit so you could be more accurate thats all.

Nick, There's no adjustment. It's a strait forward system.
Only thing to do is drive with a low rev.
