Stipped everything i can take off it ( having problems getting the right handside brake mech off!)

Lifted the top lid off (Think its had a bit of condensation and water in her) Can anyone tell me if the oil return pipe is supose to sit flush with the casting in the 2nd picture

I have taken both rear half shafts out and and stipped the old bearings and seals and renewed them....

Also managed to get my hands on 2 replacement rear wheels 16.9xr30 rims, the tires arent much good but the chap just charged me for the rims. £170
