battery tray /firewall power major

Post by Gubbels »

Does anybody have pictures of the set up for the battery tray / firewall of the power major. I'm finished with my paint works and i'm assembling the tractor. In my opinion the battery tray and firewall can only fit in one position, but if I place them this way, the firewall is approx. 2,5cm too high. The bonnet hits it when I try to fit it.

Thanks,

Not real good pics but it may help, maybe your fuel tank is not mounted properly?

Pat, thanks for your pictures. It was mounted the same as yours. I have also found some photos of the battery tray when I took it appart. these were also the same. I cut a litle bit of the firewall, 1,5cm was more then enough. Everything is mounted now, just some adjustment on the front nose cone ( lining it, so the gap between hood and nose cone is better.

here is a picture:

Sorry for the bad quality picture, is taken with my phone.
