Hi Oli,

Just undo all the bolts and the pulley should just come out. Ive just used Loctite sealant when i replaced my pulley. we use it all the time at work to seal hydraulic mating faces.

if it's leaking between the pullywheel and the pully housing you have to change the seal 64mm x 90mm x 13 mm it;s not a standart size , but is availeble ( i dont know the english size )

losse the big nut, and get the pullywheel off, then change the seal , and at last , mount the pully wheel

(and look if there is much play on the bearings) if there is a lot off play replace the bearings too , the two bearings are 6406 and 6210

I believe you can get this seal from Old 20 tractor spares. They have a shop on eBay
