Did the inlet manifold change between the FMD,FPM,FSM on the pneumatic governed engines?

I think that the diesel engine inlet manifold would have changed at Engine No 1425097 (The Mark II engine) to reflect the change to the new type cylinder head, with in-line horizontal exhaust and inlet ports.
