Registration queries

I am in the process of restoring my npsm. And I will be wanting to register it for the road when complete, even though I know the last 30 of its history (been sat in a barn !!) - no one who knew it when originally working knows if it was ever registered for the road - even though that the last thing it ever done was driving on the road: as there is no paperwork or registration plate, how could I find out of it ever had a registration number ?! I have the engine/vin number ; 08C 962065 - is it possible that there is any history with it?! Would be nice to fit it with the original 63 plate if it ever had one so I'm hoping to find out of there is a plate to go with the tractor. thanks

grace popplewell sorted everything out for "rusty" just needed photo's of tractor and plates with numbers on and went from there

Ok so your saying if I send her a current picture of the tractor as is - and then a picture of the vin number ?! On the engine then that's all she would need ?!
