NP Super Major Hydrualic settings HELP!!!!

Hi Guys, I really need some help setting up my hydraulics on my New Performance Super. Ive got all the manuals, seen the pictures in previous posts but its just not making sence!! I have fitted a new flow control valve so want to make sure everything is set up properly. Please can someone help me! 
Can anyone shed some light on the issue?? Should the top yoke be wound in like in the 1st picture or out like in the 2nd??
