What kind of condition is she in, besides the faded paint and flat tire? Is the hood missing or just off?

The front axle seems to be a non-standard fitment. Wonder why? :scratchhead:

The Image is there this morning. The loader reminds me of the one we had on an Allis Chalmers 175 Diesel years ago. Dandy Dave!

Perhaps it's an Industrial axle, which can handle more weight?

Its the stock front axle wich is heavily reinforced. Tombstone is replaced and mount for the axle is integrated in the loader frame. Front tires are 9.00x16. I'll post some more pics tomorrow. Too dark outside now. It has frontmounted hydraulic pump and reservoir is in the loader-frame itself. I paid scrap-price.

Found another gem today..

It was originally a backhoe. Current owner was planning to scrap it and had the hoe removed. Also has a front blade, not seen in the picture. halftracks are gone. I gave him a bid, and the waiting game begins.... :-)

Nick,

Sorry, cant reveal all my secrets ;)

I DO have some friends calling me about blue tractors "here and there". I DO drive a truck at work with a big "hiab" knuckleboom crane on it (makes picking up stuff easy ;))
And I keep looking at online auctions and listings, lots of interesting stuff beeing sold in Norway, and everyone wants a orginal tractor, not with a lot of extra iron on it.

No pics of everything, sorry :-)

Pat,

Thanks! All four cylinders was full of water when I got it, and of course it was seized. I removed the head and poured some diesel in each cylinder and lit it with the torch. THe following day it was free. I have fuel on all injector pipes, but it wont start or run on diesel. It starts on ether though. Is it common for injectors to get stuck?

Are you using the cold start button on the injection pump? Also, the rings are most likely stuck if it was full of water. That would lead to low compression. Dandy Dave!
