re fitting head whats the torque setting and tappet

What setting are the tappets on fordson major and head bolt settings
I&T data:
Head 85-90 ft.lbs / 115 - 122 Nw/M. I did it in three rounds.
Manifold 20 - 25 ft.lbs / 27 - 33 Nw/M.
Tappets inlet 0.015
Tappets outlet 0.012
