Major Grease Nipples

What size are the nipples on Majors? Are they all 'push-fit'?
It seems that dextas have 1/4" UNF threaded nipples, so not the same as for Majors??

Ben,
As afr as I know all nipples on the Major are 'push-fit', size 5/16. But 8 mm wil work also.

Will the same grease gun cope with most sizes of nipple, 1/4", 5/16", 8mm etc..?
