Were all Major PTO covers the same, I have a E1A, Super and NP super and they all seem to take the same 3 bolt cover, but I have a cover in the shed with a pair of holes on each side. 99% sure it's a Major.

as far as I know from my 5000 tractor here in Canada, and what I have seen in wrecking yards also here. The last blue grey supers had the pto guard bolted on with 4 bolts( 2 each side). The guard is the same shape as all the other majors. But the mounting is 2 angled brackets bolted to the sides of the pto shaft casting using those 4 bolts. then smaller bolts like 5/16th size to hold the guard to the 2 mounting brackets.
my guard is not fitted and sits in the shed someplace , If I knew where I'd get a picture for you. I don't use it on the mower tractor as it's a very original guard and don't want it wrecked, if the mower ever got lifted to high when the neighbor borrows the tractor .
