which front wheels?

Post by plewlandsbob »

hello
My 1952 fmd has cast iron, four spoke wheels. One has a dirt shield , the other does not. Which is the correct wheel for a 1952 major ?
Thanks
Robert

Hello Robert,

Welcome to the board.
What do you mean with the shield? Is that the cap on the center wheel nut? Maybe a picture if you can.
Kind regards, Henk

Hello,

The ones without the dirt shields are for the early E27N's. Yours should have dirt shields on both sides.

@Henk,

Best regards

Emiel
