Non genuine parts

I have used Vapormatic and Bepco and have had no problems with either of these manufacturers.

I orded spareparts from a dealer here in Finland and when I got them I was disappointed, with the pistons. I got 5 pcs of one manufacturers and one of an other. I put them on a scale and the 5 was 1,780-1,785kg and the different one was 1,730kg so this is not what it should be. The old ones are 1,685kg-1,700kg and the diameter is exactly the same as the new ones except for the different one that has 0,1mm smaller diameter.
The different one is in the middle. I am conciderig to put the old pistons back with new rings. How mutch is an allowable change of piston weight from original and how big difference between the pistons is allowed?

Grani,
I've bought pistons, rings, liners, bearings, gaskets, etc. from BareCo and they always seem to be good quality and reasonably priced. They ship fast, too.
