Rear wheel weights

Post by Gman »

Hello to all. I had my girl out today for a little work and looks like the seal in the raised pto is still ok. http://images.photo1.walgreens.com/2323 ... 3324nu0mrj
I really need to do the brakes and wanted to know if anyone knew approximate weight of the rear wheels with the rear wheel weights removed? http://images.photo1.walgreens.com/2323 ... C233ot1lsi
I'm looking at using a block and tackle but if I do it then I would have to do one wheel at a time. I would like to take both off at same time. If I do one at a time, is there a preferred side to start on?
Thanks for any advice, it is always appreciated.

The wheels are not that heavy. I have tilted some onto a carriage behind the car, but easiest is just to roll them away to a nearby wall or similar.
Good luck.
