Morning all,

I'm guessing it will but in case I'm wrong. Will a super major bonnet fit a 1958 power major and line up all nice?

Yup, basically the same bonnet with different holes for the badging.

Check the exhaust position. Some were positioned outside the bonnet, others had holes in bonnet for pipe (Loader fitted)

The bonnet I'm replacing has the exhaust pipe outside the bonnet and the new super major bonnet I've been offered only has a hole for the air cleaner. It should fit then?

As far as the exhaust pipe position goes - yes.
