It doesn't look like it would be too hard to restore. It even runs. That's better than most of the tractors I've drug home!

That one looks really straight, Kev. He can't deceide if it needs a clutch or a starter. No, the clutch is rebuilt. Wait, maybe its the starter. I don't think I'd bid on that one unless I could see it in person.
