If you have no sensible access to a breakers or dealers yard you may have to take a risk on buying something from ebay - or join a mainland tractor club and hope to find an accomodating fellow member who might help ??
You may be the Northernmost UK member here, most of us UK members (who are reasonably frequent posters) are well south of you and probably not a lot of help I suspect - best of luck, maybe someone knows somebody closer who can help

What kind of loader is it? How long rams do you need?
I often go to the Thainstone sales although I've missed the last 2, odd rams only usually sell for a few £'s but I would need to know what to look for

Welcome to the board. What loader do you have? Is it a Ford, Cameron-Gardner or MIL?
If you can get an idea on length/stroke you may be able to get new rams made up in the Aberdeen area from one of the hydraulic companies that do work for the oil rigs. We have a company in Dereham that does that sort of work at very reasonable prices. Possibly as cheap as buying second hand.
As for the pallet forks, you really need to know which loader you have as the mounting points differ.

...but I got there first
This guy is based on a farm literally a mile from me, and is where I go for hoses etc as there is always someone home
http://www.spearengineering.co.uk/page1.aspx I don't think he makes rams (I can ask him) but I thought I should take the chance to promote a local business
I have a feeling he once suggested these to me, although I haven't dealt with them
http://www.hendry-hydraulic-cylinders.co.uk/ they are in Elgin.
Have a look on ebay, there are people selling new rams of all different sizes and don't look expensive, I don't know about pin sizes etc but you might have to make up brackets anyway? For example, this comes up first when you search 'hydraulic ram',
