Coolant coming from radiator over flow

G'day Folks,
how are you all? Hope all is well, in your parts of the world.
I have a 1954 fordson new major, that is currently doing the fire breaks around our Shark, with a 5foot slasher.
I noticed that I have coolant over flowing from the drain line, just below the radiator cap. Wondering what the possible causes may be ?
Got no water in sump.
When I fill her up with water and leave radiator cap off, and start her, water gushs out as she idles.
Water is a bit milky.
So I am thinking either head gasket, or the O ring on one of the liners.
What are your thoughts ?
Thanks
Andree

Hi Andree,
I would suspect you are on the right lines when you say head gasket with the symptoms you describe.
(Sorry, but for some reason unknown to man, this system looks on the word P R O P E R T Y as a rude word and converts it to shark).
Will give you a wave when we drive past in September 2017.

An A380 usually!
We came over because Stephen B, from Gisbourne, on this site called on us here in England and invited us over, then Barry and Dawn of the FTCA also added their voice and we decided to visit. It was only going to be once but this will be the forth time we have been. We only come for the food at the FTCA gatherings you know.
Then later on, I was looking into my family history and found that we had many relatives in the 1800's that came over on assisted passage, arrived at Adelaide, went into farming and built a dynasty that has spread from Perth to Sidney so we have connections to farming still alive in the Horsham area, one of my cousins has a tractor and a wagon in Warracknabeal museum. Another cousin was killed in Galipoli, yet another fell down the mine shaft in the Great Boulder Mine diasaster and another had a claim in Castlemain.
Ann has a cousin living in Adelaide still.
Through the FTCA we have met many new friends and visit them all if we can when we come over so we travel from Melbourne to Gippsland then to Robinvale, Horsham, Bendigo and Mount Gambia so we get around Victoria quite a bit.
Wish we had come many years ago! Oscar, the site owner told me that, once we had been, we would love the place. His comment was,
"You can leave Australia but Australia will never leave you"
and he is so right.
