Hello all, hope everyone is well!

I was hoping to find out some more infomation about repairing the elongated hole on the main pin on the front axel on the major. After lots of WD-40 and a big hammer Ive got the pin moving

I was wondering how peopple have done this, ive heard talk of people boring them out with mag drills and stuff but not to sure
I was hoping to try and fit a new pin, poss a bigger diameter and drill and tap some grease nipples. Ive seen it somewhere on here before but cant for the life of me find it!

Look forward to your reply
Dan,

Use the lower not worn half as aim and weld the worn upper half. Then grind or mill to correct dimension. But note, the hole is not straight angle, water level, but aims to the hole in the sump. Caster or camber angle I think it is from water level.
