Post by Crawlerlad »

Hello, I have a Fordson new performance super major and it has dropped both valves on number 4, I am getting the original head repaired and the people who are doing it have asked me for the valve protrusion figure has anybody on here got the figure or a workshop manual with it in please as they cannot repair the head until they have it, all the best tom

Fords do not specify a valve protrusion figure in any of the cylinder head data. Later tractors after 1965 do say 0.08" to 0.10" if that is any help as a guide.
