Hi all,
great to be part of the forum, having visited plenty times as a guest
over in sweden i bought a small farm with most of the land kept by a previous previous owner, and seperately negotiated a veteran tractor from the previous owners clutches, he had 3. Have to say l absolutely love the machine, where ride on mowers cost a pretty penny i think this was a bargain
i believe a 1952 fordson major, with a replacement engine,fl cylinder head, raised pto, welded and bolted on roll cage cab type thing removed. Its my first tractor, a steep learning curve.
Came with a snow plough and have since secured a arkiv sickle mower which seems to keep the field grass down fine. so will be used and maintained for light work and stored in the barn.
has a list of requirements which will chip away at, as i learn
