FSM hydraulics return filter

hello
Just got the lift off today to find that 2 controlarm links had seized solid with rust!! cause of lift problem.
while I am in there should i service the returnfilter.and is it possible to source a new one.
perhaps i could do without it ???

yes, most suppliers have the return filter. There are 2 versions: one with a paper filter and one made of steel.

well I got those rusted up links freed up today,me and oxy-acetelene ha ha.So I am about ready to put the lid back on excpt I wonder why there seems to be no way to lubricate the cross-shaft bearings?? Should i put in a couple of grease nipples,the boys at Dagenham seem to have forgot them??
