Hi,
Whilst in the latter stages of replacing the gearbox I want to renew the seals and bushes on the brake/clutch cross shaft before fitting it. I've got the brake pedals off but the clutch pedal is more of a challenge.
There is a 'bolt' without a head or nut that seems to be stopping the pedal from being removed. Can anyone tell me how I proceed to remove the pedal please?
Many thanks

Re: super major clutch pedal removal
Good tip Sandy, came out easily once I had identified how to do it ! Thanks.
Finally got the gearbox in and the engine on the gearbox but what a struggle we had to get the engine properly engaged. Got the pto shaft engaged on the dual clutch shaft but the gearbox drive would NOT engage. Eventually had to find 2 long bolts and 'draw' the engine onto the shaft and the pilot bearing. Big struggle but just hope all is well inside there !

Re: super major clutch pedal removal
If it was stiff you should turn it to align it better. It would have helped you to remove the input shaft first for a test fit, the friction plate might have been out of centre.
