I think it's mainly a Power Major, with a Diesel Major bonnet and wheatsheaf (I see no radiator shutter evidence). What is odd for a KFD (it's a 68, which is the low conversion) is that it has what looks like a creeper box fitted. Certainly looks good.

It's not the normal creeper box. This one is wider and has another lever.
