Rotator caps

Post by Billy26F5 »

Just looked at the CNH website, it seems they still have them, so we'll see if Super Billy can get some.
To find CNH try this: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=8611
I'll keep you posted on whether we are successful in getting them.
Remember they changed at 1594009,E1ADDN-6550B is the early type and 510E-6550 is the later type, I think we're missing some part numbers too as after 08B-756400 a different treatment with black anti-friction material was used, with the previous non treated cap being discontinued in the spares dpt. too. They can also be identified by E1ADDN-6550B being 0.575-0.58" OD and 510E-6550 being 0.61-0.614" OD.

I think you will probably find that any parts supplied by CNH with CNH part numbers will be their "Gold Value" range, which are in fact Sparex parts, it is highly unlikely that any original old parts stock now exists. Sparex are a good quality replacement part, a lot are European made. I buy Gold Value and Sparex from Malpas Tractors (Malpas Online) a CNH main dealer based in Cheshire.

I wasn't expecting any old stock parts from CNH, but if they've actually got them we can at last fix all our overworn caps, Super Billy's ones are particularly bad.
