More front weight, higher tyre pressure.

I read somewhere that for each front weight attached to the tractor there should be an increase of 3psi in the front tyre pressures. This applies for up to 3 weights at least. Can anyone confirm that please and possible tell me where it is stipulated?

Don't know what manual you're looking at, the NP instruction book is on the FFCN and has different information (there's a Super Major one somewhere too with similar information). With pressed wheels the std pressure assumes wheel weights are fitted. To add extra weight to 7.50-16 tyres requires no extra pressure, but 6.00-19 tyres need 28 psi if an extra 100-200lbs is added, with the pressure going up to 32 psi for 200-300lbs extra weight. I recommend visual checks too as if you add lots more weight there's no Ford spec (Ford limited it to 300lbs), comparing it with the normal setup at std pressure.
