Liner evolution

Hi all,
The liner evolution as I know it, thought it should come next as changes to them and the head gasket were fairly related. Pistons and rings will come soon.
The first ones were E1ADKN-6055 for diesel and TVO and E1ADN-6055 for petrol. From 1425097 the 6 cylinder engine appeared, the liners were the same. From 1518654 large diameter spigot liners were used on diesel engines (no new part number was issued, will refer to it as E1ADDN-6055 for clarity but it actually remained as E1ADKN-6055, that's why when the flat liner was reintroduced as a spare it had a new part number). This coincided with a new copper asbestos permanite gasket fitted to solve the issues with the steel gasket fitted from 1425097 on diesel engines and its new locating dowels. The 6 cylinder engine had the same change. For service E1ADKN-6055 was provided for engines originally fitted with the steel gasket, but now as E1ADDN-6055C. From 1565580 smaller diameter spigot liners (E1ADDN-6055B) were fitted, together with the final composition gasket. This change also happened on the 6 cylinder engine. It seems that from now on Ford offered an 0.02" o/s OD liner (E1ADDN-6055A for small spigot and E1ADDN-6055D for flat) and also on petrol engines (E1ADN-6055 became E1ADN-6055A and E1ADN-6055B was added with the o/s). Finally from 1591023 the liner OD was increased E1ADDN-6055E and E1ADN-6055C and an upper o-ring was fitted (a few were initially made with the new liner but without a groove for the o-ring, these can be identified by having 9/16" UNC main bearing bolts). OD o/s liners were E1ADDN-6055F and E1ADN-6055D. Ebro started with E1ADKN-6055 then followed with flat liners for later blocks (S1ADDN-6055). They carried on with flat liners till the end but don't really know, there's very poor information on this and no idea how many changes occurred. Note that the o-ring for engines before 1591023 (E1ADKN-6061A, 4.208" ID) is smaller than the lower one after 1591023 (116534-ES-A, 4.332" ID 0.188"thick). The upper one was 116533-ES-A (4.4" ID 0.095"thick).
Now for a table (missing details will be filled in as they're clarified, Ebro serial numbers are not at all clear yet so for now won't appear, Mk1 industrials (954E, 955E, 956E, 562E & 563E) are also similarly unclear as are many lorry numbers, especially ET6's):

Note the post is unfinished as I only have access to our vehicles, therefore your help with pics of the other heads is highly appreciated. I have seen some on Ebay, causing some doubts on where the part no. and EnFo (or FoMoCo) are stamped. Also Ebro parts are rather more difficult to keep track of with no proper manuals around.
Note at the time of posting I don't yet have good pics of our ones, they will come shortly.
