I need an oil pan... The oil pan plug is a bastard and is frozen...rusted to the pan.

maybe try to do some heating on the plug and some penetrating oil?

As my tractor is 300 miles from my home I went down there after I posted my exasperational post with the intent of getting that blasted nut off even if I rounded it off and ruined the plug.
Well good news. I put a big pipe wrench on it ..and convinced it to move. Nut is off, oil drained and plug ruined.. so I'm off to get another plug and solve the starter issue next time ..
Itll be almost a year since it ran next time I go down....
It always makes for an interesting trip ..
