SUPER DEXTA POWER STEERING

Following restoration of super dexta by my brother, who suffers from rhumatoid arthritis, and finds it difficult to steer at slow speed, we are looking at fitting power steering. Have tried usual suppliers (Agriline, Sparex etc.) who tell me they no longer stock these parts. I would appriciate any help in locating either new or possibly a second hand system.
