Valveseat recession/Unleaded petrol

Has anything been written about "valveseat recession" in relation to petrol Fordson Major's and petrol Fordson Dexta's? Has anyone experienced this with a Fordson, or is leaded petrol still available in other countries?Also Ford World Series tractors with prolonged use of Compressed Natural Gas (C.N.G.) would have the same problem.Have any Fordson's had their heads removed for new valves and hardened valve seats?
