My Tractors

Post by Jeff4wd »

Hi,
Thought I would eventually get around to putting pictures of my tractors on the forum. They are 1960 Roadless Major, 1962 Roadless Major and 1969 Ford 3000 also my wife's 1960/61 Dexta, which I have just finished restoring!

My Tractors

Post by Jeff4wd »

Hi,
Just realised maybe I should have put the majors on the major section and the Ford on the Ford section. Sorry, but it took me half an hour to figure out how to put them at all!

Please except my apologies!
Jeff

Jeff,
You have some nice looking tractors! You can send one of those majors over to me if you want to. We don't see many of those over here.
See ya

And I can take the other one from your hands...

Nice tractors! I wish I could find a Roadless Major some day.

Thanks Jeff,

Great pictures, great tractors. Looking good. Who doesn't want to have one of those Roadless types.
Kind regards, Henk

Hi,
Glad you like the tractors.
The Ford 3000 has a plate with Palazzini on it. This is an Italian company who still trade today making cherry pickers and excavators, I think!
The Majors were exported from here. The Power major in 1960 to Sweden and the Super was exported to Finland I believe.
I have a certificate from Roadless for both these tractors.
I bought the 3 tractors from Holland last year.
I am thinking about starting to restore the Super Major in the Spring.
Thanks for your interest. :D
