Towing hitch (hook)

Post by coroflor »

Hi Everybody,

I have a fordson Dexta from '62. I am looking for a towing hitch (hook)
like this

from here: http://www.fordson-dexta.de/downloads/dextaetxl.pdf
page 158

Or like similar with this one from here:

Can anyone tell me from where I can buy something like this compatible for my DEXTA? Or can give me an advice how to make it (dimenson, etc)?

Thank you!

Hi ,

Thank you, Was a pleasure to read the yours helpfuly post from a while.

I bought in 2005 two tractors from Denmark one Ford Dexta and one TEA20.
On the Dexta I change entire cillinder kit, because one of the piston crash!
The tractors are on my parents on vilage and are use for land working.

I found just some to make an idea :)

1. Someting which some of us see just in pictures or old stories

2. TEA

Hi i have ahitch on my dexta it is in two bits , there is a frame which bolts to bottom of tractor with the 4 bolt holes , there is also two holes that along pin goes through, the main hitch swings on this and is carried up and bolts to rocker hole under seat with another pin an this can all be taken off by simply pulling out the pins, the belly frame is made with 2 inch flat iorn, the hitch bracket is of same with actualy hitch made of 3 inch flat about 10mm thick . hope this is understandable. Hi Gerry,

Thanks for description. A small picture will complete your words!
Any idea from where I can buy something similar with your description?
