I'am looking for the torque values of the piston rods.

Wher can i found them?

I found the manual http://www.fordson-dexta.de/downloads/section3.pdf but i can't find the torques for the rods.

See page 22 Torque specs.

Big end cap nuts : cadmium plated 6.9-7.6 Kgm.
Unplated (zwart) 8.9-9.6 Kgm.

Succes Jan.

The torque values are lower for Cadmium plated because cadmium exhibits lower friction than steel. It takes less torque on the nut to achieve the same stretch (tension) on the bolt. Is basically the same as when you see different torque values for dry and lubricated threads.

Cadmium plating is done primarily as an anti corrosion coating.
