Mudguard / Rollbar Bolts

Mudguard / Rollbar Bolts
Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to remove the above bolts.I've got one set off, but the other two are seized solid. They've been sprayed with diesel and penetrating oil but still wont budge. Is heat the answer?
Heat yes, and the use of a air hammer/air chisel usually gets them out.
Often I have cut the exposed center section out with the gas, and then popped the remaining plug out.
I have three new original FoMoCo stamped bolts, but they are the shorter ones, so cant take the stab bracket that fits below, if they are of interest to you. Well ,actually they belong to a mate of mine, so he may want a donation to his beer fund for them, let me know
